Applications are now being accepted for the school year 2012 - 2013 commencing September 2012. Acceptance letters will be mailed directly to parents. Send us your application in person or by courrier only along with all documentation and fees. Incomplete applications with missing documents will not be accepted.

Application for a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) for studies in Québec. The new prefered method of applying for a CAQ is the Québec government online process. Review all required prerequisites.

Minor children who are travelling alone must have information (name, address, phone number) about the person or school who will be responsible for them. If the child is the subject of a custody order, proof of custody and the other parent.s consent must also be provided. Minors travelling without their parents require a letter of permission from the non-accompanying parent(s) and a letter from their custodian in Canada. Children coming to Canada to study require a custodianship form until they are of legal age of the province of destination. Legal age varies from one province to another. Children under 18 years of age in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec and Saskatchewan will require a custodianship form.
If you are not a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or a family member of a foreign representative accredited to Canada or a member of the armed forces of a country that is a designated state for the purpose of the Visiting Forces Act, you must obtain a study permit to study in Canada. The Protocol Division of Foreign Affairs issues an acceptance to everyone who has diplomatic, consular, or official status in Canada and their family members. If you have this approval, you do not need a study permit to take courses in Canada.
The school has a capacity for 150 students, and the average class has 15 students.
Students enroll on average two to five years. We also have many students enrolled thoughout their elementary and secondary education at College Prep International.
2012 Tuition fees are Cdn $11,000 per year for Elementary school, grades five and six. 2012 Tuition fees are Cdn $12,000 for the Secondary school grades seven through eleven. The school may accept students after the school year has commenced. In these cases, the fee is arranged through the Secretary-Treasurer who will advise parents of the method of payment. The school reserves the right to make changes in the published scale of fees at its discretion without notice.
Application fee is $100.00 in Canada; Please submit along with your Canadian application form. New student registration fee $200.00. International student application $500.00. Partial book fee of $500.00 for the full school year; C.P.I. will pay the ballance. Catered daily nutritious lunch is provided . Gym uniform provided. School tie provided. The school reserves the right to make changes in the published scale of fees at its discretion.
