Summer School 2008

Summer School Commences July 14, and ends August 1.
Five mornings per week - Monday to Friday inclusive.
5 hours per day : 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Students may choose periods from 1.5 hours per day, 3 hours (max. 2 subjects) and 5 hours per day (max. 3 subjects).

Students who wish to prepare for a particular grade or a particular school should always consult the Principal or Guidance Counselor of that school before undertaking the summer school program. Background weakness will always be given first consideration, but if these are excessive, it may not be possible to achieve the intended goals. Students must bring their reports and any special recommendations from their Principal or Guidance Counselor. Course material is provided by the school.

Students who do not show consistent interest, effort, and cooperation will be dismissed.

CREDIT COURSES AND PROVINCIAL EXAMINATIONS

Examinations will take place between August 4, and 8, 2008, inclusive. A maximum of two courses may be taken. Courses commence July 14 ( see calendar ) and they terminate on the day of examination. Students must attend all classes.

Classes are small, and students receive individual attention. As a result, the school's record of success has been high.

Courses for which there is insufficient registration will be cancelled. Examination dates and courses are subject to change pending Department of Education decisions.
