Schedule of Fees and Payment Plan
- All cheques should be made payable to Collège Prep International. Fees are due and payable on the dates shown below.
- Application + Registration fee : A $50.00 + 200.00 non-refundable fee is paid upon submitting an application.
- Book fees: $550.00 includes all workbooks and loan of texts.
- Cancellations received after opening day are subject to a $500.00 indemnity fee.
- All applications are subject to review at the end of each Academic year.
- The school may accept students after the school year has commenced if a space becomes available. In these cases, the fee is arranged through the Secretary-Treasurer who will also advise parents of the method of payment.
- The school reserves the right to make changes in the published scale of fees at its discretion.
- Above fees are paid upon acceptance. The above charges are not part of the fee schedule.
- Sports activities will be billed separately. Schedules will be distributed on Orientation days.
- Registrations for current students and P/R will commence October 1st.
- Permanent residents, diplomatic core. ICAO, work permits or students already in Canada can apply up to May 27th.
- International Students must submit applications before March 1st
- No applications by email.

Registration
International applications may be sent by courrier (FEDEX, UPS, other). Please sign contract and confirm all required documents and fees are included. Processing of application will be ready in 5 days upon which a confirmation letter will be sent to the parents.
Foreign students studying at College Prep International for less than 3 months do not require a VISA.

- International Students must have a Montreal Guardian. Must Provide home address from Country of origin.

- All students in Quebec are required to have a valid medicare card or private insurance. Proof of insurance is required before Orientation Day; August 27th.

As an accredited, independent English private School in Quebec, restrictions to English Language instruction do not apply.

Registration
LANDED IMMIGRANTS
Parents who are landed immigrants can enroll their children at College Prep International.
Please complete our application form & include all immigration documents supporting your status.
WORK VISA
Parent working in Canada with a valid work visa may enroll their children at College Prep International. Please complete our application form & include all immigration documents supporting your status.
DIPLOMATS
If you are a family member or staff member of a foreign representative to Canada accredited by Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada, you may not need a permit to study in Canada. You should contact your embassy in Canada. Your embassy can contact the Office of Protocol at Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada to find out whether you need a study permit.
OTHER
If you are a member of a foreign armed force under the Visiting Forces Act, you do not need a permit to study in Canada. If your family members, including minor children, want to study in Canada, they must meet the requirements.
